My name is Leszek Koprowicz. My professional journey began with a deep-rooted fascination for the human psyche, culminating in a Master’s degree in Philosophy with a focus on Jungian psychology. Carl Jung’s concept of individuation became a guiding star, illuminating the path towards a deeper understanding of the Self.

Driven by a desire to bridge the gap between theory and practice, I integrated Jungian coaching into my work. This approach, rooted in the exploration of the unconscious, has allowed me to accompany clients on their journeys of self-discovery and transformation. Through the lens of Jungian archetypes like the shadow, I guide individuals towards greater self-awareness and integration.

My work in a local shelter environment provided invaluable insights into the challenges faced by individuals grappling with adversity. These experiences underscored the importance of a holistic approach that addresses both the mind and body. Recognizing the limitations of traditional talk therapy, I incorporated Brainspotting into my practice. This somatic-based approach complements Jungian coaching by providing a direct pathway to accessing and processing deeply held emotional experiences. By identifying and releasing trapped emotional energy, clients can experience profound shifts in their perception and behavior.

The synergy between Jungian coaching and Brainspotting creates a powerful alliance. Together, these modalities offer a comprehensive approach to healing and growth. By exploring the unconscious through both conscious reflection and somatic release, individuals can achieve a deeper level of integration and wholeness.
